Purpose Statement:  Leads the strategic oversight and sustainment of the Plexus EHS Management System (MS). Responsible for alignment to the corporate strategy and leading implementation of initiatives to strengthen the company’s sustainability efforts.

Key Job Accountabilities:

Ensures EHS program conformance to the EHS-MS, regulatory standards, and ISO requirements through proactive inspections, assessments, and training.Drives EHS continuous improvement through strategic planning, organizational engagement, innovative solutions, to achieve metrics that align to the Corporate strategy.Develops comprehensive EHS strategies in alignment with business needs, regulations / risks, emerging trends, and Corporate requirements. Integration of EHS strategies within the operations and site specific strategies.Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.May have accountabilities for additional functions as deemed necessary by the location, to include but not limited to Security, Maintenance, and Facilities.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field, or a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. May require previous supervisory experience.
