PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Develop EHS and ESG work plan for WWN in consistent with corporate EHS and ESG goals and implement it throughout the teamEstablish, manage, and execute the plant EHS Audit Program, conduct safety audits, identify workplace hazards and hazardous conditions for the site, guide and monitor the site business leaders to take actions to eliminate and control the risks in safety, health and environment.Establish fire-proofing plans and take audits to ensure fire safety of the workplace for WWN.Establish, interact, and monitor third-party services with respect to EHS activities.Learn and interpret EHS laws, regulations, design processes and programs to adapt to changing regulations for all countries in the region, provide policy training, guidance and direction in EHS and ESG to the site.Investigate all deficiencies and legal threats, identify root causes and appropriate corrective action. Ensure that all corrective actions are completed in a timely manner.Lead the development and continuous updating of performance EHS measures tied to short term and long-term regional and global goals.Develop and manage EHS and ESG training plan for the plant, educate and train employees in workplace/environmental health and safety.Manage the process of identifying on-going and future environmental, health, and safety needs, and develop comprehensive strategies to meet those needs.Support the site team, supply chain and customers on systematic Carbon Footprint improvement according to LCA assessment, continually improving green performance.Support the internal & external project management, including but not limited to potential project opportunity screen, field survey, general project plan making, project technical design, project implementation, project acceptance & handover, project follow-up management and etc.Facilitate digital transformation for decarburization and energy saving tool, system and solution, etc.Continuously improve the EHS culture, EHS awareness and accountability systems.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Safety Engineering or related technical field required At least 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing (with fabrication) environment with EHS discipline. ESG program leader would be preferred. Thorough knowledge and training for Hazard Materials Handling and Emergency Response requirements. Thorough knowledge and training for EHS systems development and deployment. Knowing well ISO 14000 and ISO 45001. Professional certification preferred (Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist) Experience in multinational companies. ISO50001 certification/ Green factory/ Carbon Neutral Site are preferred. Excellent English communication skill both verbal and written. Good communication and influencing skills, excellent in analytical thinking and problem-solving. Sense of urgency to support business, integrated thinker, self-motivator and fast learner. Solid judgment to ensure integrity, compliance, & confidentiality.
