Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
Individuals with expertise in ISO14001, 45001,50001management system, green certificate program and sustainable development . Responsible for Greated China enviroment&Sustainablity management program promtion/implementation ( ISO14001, 45001,50001management system and carbon reduction/green certificate program) to support business growth. Make sure business operation in line with updated China EHS laws, regulations and related GEHC standards.Design and develop companywide carbon reduction programs, procedures and requirements.Responsible for enviromnet elements promtion and implenetation.Responsible for China HPM/logistics/Asia training center/Service operation EHS management.Assist Head of EHS to promote EHS culture within company and hold various EHS activity(Earth day,Environment day,safety month…) to increase employee involvement and build up solid EHS culture.Participate in each region accident investigations, radiation incident investigation, assist management to identify root causes and complete accident reports and follow up properlyConduct EHS audit /inspection to indentify the gaps and take actions to follow up properlyAssist to develop and review environment emergency response plan, conduct drills and take actions to fulfill the requirements.Lead environment impact risk assessment and deliver related trainings to employees.Responsible for monthly green topics newsletter releaseJob Requirements:
Bachelor of Environment Engineering/sustainability, ISO14001,45001& 50001management system consultant, or related background.At least 10 years experience in EHS management supporting or communication experience at site/service Be familiar with China EHS laws, regulations and related standards etc.Be familiar with EHS projects implementation.Be familiar with ESG promotion.Good planning and organization skills.Professional certifications on EHS or related training certification.Able to simultaneously manage multiple sites, adjust to changing priorities and to make decisions with speed and accuracy based on available information.Desired Characteristics
