Your role:

• Deploy EHS Programs at Campus level to continually improve our EHS Performance and decrease EHS Events (Technical improvement, Cultural projects) 

• Oversee annual CAPEX investment projects from an EHS perspective, including the preparation, review, and approval of work permits, site checks, and supplier compliance.

• Conduct and lead EHS risk assessments, providing advice on hazards, risks, and control measures.

• Develop and deploy EHS compliance and risk control processes, procedures, and programs.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to enhance EHS performance.

• Foster effective collaboration with key stakeholders and corporate EHS functions.

• Deploy EHS Programs at Campus level to continually improve our EHS Performance

Your profile

• Swiss health and safety qualification as a safety engineer is a must

• Knowledge of GMP and lean principles is an asset.

• Expertise in both EHS consultancy and process engineering.

• Proficiency in French and English is mandatory.

• Proven experience in project management; certification such as PMP is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical and biotech with strong familiarity with EHS compliance and risk management.
