EHS / Quality Manager – Stanley, WI
This is an exempt level position.

Position Summary:
The EHS/ Quality Manager will be responsible for health and safety, food safety, environmental and quality compliance at the Stanley, WI facility.  Primary responsibilities include audit and incident investigations, emergency planning, risk assessment, program development, implementation, and training of rules and procedures. This position will possess a high level of authority in regards to training and guiding based on needs developed through information submitted on reports and annual requirements.  While working in an office and industrial facility, the EHS/Quality Manager will handle a broad range of activities and will be responsible for supervising the implementation of ADM’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities:Provide training for new hires and location colleagues as requiredDevelop and update safety, food safety, environmental and quality compliance programsPurchasing and maintaining inventory of safety, food safety, and environmental suppliesEnvironmental responsibilities including maintaining reportsSpending time in the plant ensuring all programs and procedures are followed and adequateMaintain current behavior based safety programs and policiesMaintain required paperwork such as OSHA 300 logs in compliance with federal lawParticipate in and lead all incident investigationsConduct internal facility audits and facility self-assessmentsDevelop and track corrective actions for audit findingsParticipate in on-site safety committeesKnowledge of machines throughout facility, including computer and safety equipmentDevelop safety, environmental, and quality improvement projects for equipment or operationsJob Requirements:College degree relating to safety, food safety and/or environmental or 5 years of extensive experience in human safety, food safety, or environmental/regulatory compliance preferredSelf-motivatedExcellent command of the following skills: leadership, team building, problem solving, organization, and written and verbal communicationExperience in a food processing plant is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and OutlookAbility to walk or stand for extended periods and work in environments at varying temperaturesAbility to climbThe desire to continuously improve and develop their skillsAbility to work during off-hours to address emergency conditions or other situations that may ariseKnowledge of Gemini (Environmental software), RCI, and Maximo preferredExperience developing safety projects preferredExcited about this role but don’t meet every requirement listed?
