Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. + Implement Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program to ensure the compliance with local regulation and Caterpillar Global EHS programs + Champion on Environmental Management System and expertise on pollution prevention + Performs inspections and tests planned to monitor specific EHS issues, regulations and company practices. + Assists in EHS learning program to align with regulation, enterprise EHS guidelines, policies and procedures. + Contributes to the development of EHS policies and procedures. + Lead EHS improvement projects to align with the company strategy and sustainable targets. **What You Have:** + Strong technical **knowledge of Environmental management** and energy management program. Be able to implement EHS/Environmental policies to ensure that provided products and services are safe for people and the environment and in compliance with legal requirements and standards. + Studied in Environmental Engineering/Science or Environmental background from experience is preferred. + Professional knowledge of **Project Management** and be familiar with Project Management techniques and tools. Experienced in project planning, project execution or leading projects. Projects in Environmental is required and in Safety or Healthy would be an advantage. + **Being proactive** and committing to action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges and can seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals. Self-learning with growth mindset to collaborate with others to achieve project goals. + Excellent at **time management** and be able to delivery project accomplishments according to the organization goals. + **Proficiency level of English** listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
