Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop a team of EHS / PSM professionals and serve on the site’s leadership team to direct and influence site EHS/PSM compliance and culture.Lead a team of EHS and PSM professionals to develop and integrate EHS and PSM programs in a manufacturing facility with ongoing construction, start-up, and growth. Lead and maintain EHS programs, procedures, practices, licenses, permits and site-specific EHS documentation, records and plans to assure compliance with all regulatory and business requirements.Create and implement the site’s EHS / PSM strategy aligned with business and Value Stream expectations to achieve best-in-class performance through key performance indicators (KPI) for the sitePartner with site leadership and Value Stream EHS team to manage site EHS and PSM compliance activities to drive a positive and proactive EHS and PSM culture.Develop and implement site-specific Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and processes.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/ GED with at least 10 years of experience in EHS/PSM experience)Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a PSM covered manufacturing environmentDesired Characteristics:
