The Ultra Site Services function is responsible for building, site, and facilities maintenance, and may also include security services.

Production Hours are Monday to Thursday 5pm to 3:30am.

Nationality Requirements

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.

Job Description

Duties Responsible:Facilitate and conduct incident investigations to identify root causes and appropriate corrective actionsRespond to day-to-day EHS complaints and issuesEnter incident data into the EHS databaseParticipate on the Ergonomics Team and provide assessments and recommendationsParticipate on the Work Restrictions TeamConduct annual Chemical InventoryManage and maintain the hazardous waste storage and disposal and recycling processesAssist with Job Hazard AssessmentsUpdate the EHS bulletin boardsManage the SDS web databaseWork with the training coordinator and develop and conduct required EH&S training and orientationsFacilitate the Safety Committee meetingsAssist in the preparation for EHS AuditsConduct Contractor EHS OrientationsMaintain contractor oversight during extended projectsFacilitate annual review of EHS policiesOther tasks as determined by the EHS Manager

Required Skills and Abilities:

The ideal candidate must possess the following

AS or BS Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related fieldKnowledge and experience of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, guidelines, and compliance3+ years of experience implementing EHS standards, training, and legal compliance3+ years of experience managing hazardous waste storage and shipping processes for a small quantity generator site (SQG)3+ years of experience performing ergonomic evaluationsMaintain a current First Aid/CPR/AED certificationExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsStrong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsEffective in influencing change across functional and demographic boundariesExperience implementing and managing ISO 45001 and 14001 standardsExperience calibrating O2 and gas measurement instruments
