EHS Specialist Location: Scarborough, ME Duties: + An EHS professional who applies established EHS principles, practices, regulations and internal standards, interacts with customers and is solutions-minded in completing EHS assignments. + Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures, project management, air and water permit application preparation, periodic regulatory reporting, independently plans and conducts assigned projects, manages multiple projects and meets deadlines, facilitates the definition of a project scope with stakeholders, develops schedules and seeks concurrence from stakeholders, responsible for achieving project targets and deliverables, applies technical knowledge/skills to EHS programs and systems, anticipates future business/EHS needs and develops new skills as appropriate." Qualifications: + BS degree in EHS, Engineering, science, or closely related discipline is desired, or equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competence. + Zero to two years of experience is typical for this position. + Previous internship experience preferred.
