Description: + Design, develop, implement, and oversee the organization's environmental, health, and safety programs, + Ensure compliance with regulations and government health and safety laws in all facilities + Investigate accidents, develop recommendations, and follow-up to prevent accident recurrence + Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes + Develop sustainable, repeatable, and quanitfiable business process improvements + Assist team in identifying process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements + Conduct safety audits, studies, and investigations Skills: Compliance, Ehs, Safety training, root cause analysis, lockout, tag out Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Sciences, or related field + 2+ years' experience in EHS About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
