Do you like to solve problems, prevent injuries, and protect the environment?
We are looking for an EHS professional that welcomes new challenges and will help us with the site EHS compliance, prevention, and culture! You will support the Environmental, Health and Safety management systems and programs, across a large bio-manufacturing facility and will have an emphasis on electronic system management.
A Day In The Life
You will have the opportunity to partner and collaborate with other departments as you learn, manage, develop, and implement EHS-related systems/programs across the organization to help reduce or eliminate occupational illness and injuries, improve employee engagement, and reduce business risks and losses.
Participate in client audits and questionnaires related to EHS, Social Responsibility, and SustainabilityConduct risk assessments, incident investigations, employee training, process safety reviews, EHS training and other EHS related projects as assignedProvide support and expertise on EHS systems/programsElectronic systems include:

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Health/Sciences, or Industrial Hygiene
Experience
2+ years' EHS experienceKnowledge of EHS regulations and standardsPrevious experience conducting presentations/trainingExperience with specific software systems such as Intelex®, Enablon®, VelocityEHS®, ISNetworld®, Cognibox®, MSDS Online®, Enhesa® a plusKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to write procedures, reports, and correspondenceAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read and interpret data to identify trendsPossess good interpersonal skills and able to work well with individuals and teamsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookPhysical Requirements / Work Environment
