Job Description
One of our large med device companies is seeking an EHS/Admin Specialist to join their team. They will be responsible for ensuring the safety regulations for a specific department are communicated throughout. They will send emails, create brochures, file documents and make sure the department bulletin boards are updated with specific safety information.

Skills and Requirements
A High school diploma and vocational and/or certifications are required, associate degree or equivalent highly preferred.
At least 1 year of EHS or Administrative Assistant Experience
Must have strong attention to detail
Experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel is required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required
Ability to prioritize projects and tasks is required
Good organizational skills are required
Ability to work in a team environment is required
The candidate must be willing and able to work a minimum of 8 hours a day Monday-Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed. null
