EHS Specialist II   

Job based in Laminadora Zaragoza Plant Trim Division

Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.

As a EHS Specialist II, you will be responsible for Lead and manage the EHSSS (Environmental, Sustainability, Health, Safety, Property Security) aspects of the plant, in such a way that there is always positive performance.

YOUR TASK WILL BE

Comply with legal requirements in EHSS and Sustainability

Lead compliance with Lear's EHSSS initiatives, guidelines, and protocols

Comply with CTPAT and manage the property security system, including CCTV

Monitor and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Clean Industry certifications

Coordinate EHSS risk assessment and lead incident and accident investigations

Lead Ergonomics projects

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED

Degree completed in Engineering (preferably industrial, environmental, safety, or similar)

English middle level

Experience in ISO 14001 and 4500 Systems

Expert (minimum 3 years) in EHSS legal requirements, CTPAT, work risk prevention, personnel management (a team) and have leadership and communication skills.
