As an EHS Specialist II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless implementation and strict adherence to environmental health and safety regulations. You will determine and implement effective strategies to successfully mitigate risks and maintain a safe work environment. Your proven expertise in EHS will be instrumental in driving our ambitious goals and supporting our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain world-class environmental health and safety programsConduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programsInvestigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actionsDevelop and update safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related scientific subject area such as Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering. Equivalent experience will also be considered in lieu of degree.Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS rolesStrong knowledge of applicable regulations and standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to effectively collaborate and lead initiatives

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $60,000.00–$90,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
