Lead accident investigations and root cause analysisManage incident reporting, documentation, and corrective actionsEnsure compliance with legal requirements for workplace accidentsOrganize and lead regular Health & Safety Committee meetingsMonitor action items and drive continuous improvementConduct occupational risk assessments and safety auditsEnsure compliance with local and international EHS regulationsRecommend and implement preventive and corrective measuresDeliver safety training and promote a safety-first cultureAdvise on safe work practices and emergency proceduresMaintain up-to-date EHS policies and proceduresPrepare safety reports and track performance metrics
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Graduate or postgraduate education in health and safety is essentialRelevant certifications and documented qualifications in health and safetyAt least 3 years of experience in a similar positionAdvanced EnglishStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence
