**Overview**
The Corporate EHSS Data Analyst reports to the Director of EHS and is responsible for managing multiple software and data systems to support the needs of the EHSS teams within the company. The software systems include: Gensuite/Benchmark EHSS software system; ISN for contractor approval, pre-screening and management; Corporate EHSS reporting and report generation from GenSuite, Tableau and Power Bi; SAP procurement and financial related systems; maintenance of the EHSS SharePoint site and other administrative tasks as directed.
This position is a remote position and may require up to 25% travel to attend corporate meetings and to conduct site level training.
**Responsibilities**
**DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
· Manage/own the Gensuite/Benchmark EHSS Software System
· Includes training new hires, generating reports, setting up dashboards, analyzing and trending data for OU and/or BU and PTVE, etc.
· Central contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new EHSS Leaders and existing EHSS Leaders for system access, rights, permissions, etc.
· Actively manage auto-generated report distribution lists to ensure they are accurate and appropriate, pro-actively engaging with leaders as needed
· Actively work with Corp EHSS Team to promptly make appropriate Gensuite modifications when personnel changes occur, organizational changes occur, etc.
· Actively work with Corp EHSS and locations to assist with ensuring Gensuite incidents are moved forward and closed appropriately, closure dates for Lost Time and Restricted duty cases are entered, and similar.
· Take initiative to conduct data pulls to identify and help prioritize EHSS trends, injury data, track corrective actions, compliance closures, etc.
· Manage/own Contractor-Vendor EHSS Pre-Screening Process
· Manage Contractor-Vendor EHSS Pre-Screening Process, which is currently managed via the ISN data tool.
· Coordinate High Risk Contractor-Vendor EHSS Screenings with Corp EHSS Team as needed
· Ensure prompt screening for new Contractors-Vendors, and manage the annual update process
· Includes coordination with Procurement, who pre-screens for insurance/COIs, and takes ownership on the follow-up and closure of any issues
· Prepare all required EHSS reports for Corp EHSS, Business Units (BUs), Operating Units (OUs), Site Level, etc. and conduct data analysis
· Responsible for ensuring all EHSS reports and data requests are accurate and prepared on-time (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting)
· Includes close coordination with Corp EHSS, PTVE PowerBI Team, PTVE Tableau Team, GenSuite system, etc.
· Trend and analyze data in support of Corp EHSS Team and BU and OU teams
· Coordinate all Procurement-related items for Corp EHSS Vendors
· Includes entering purchase requisitions in SAP, partnering with Procurement to ensure POs are issued, etc.
· Also responsible for ensuring EHSS vendor invoices are promptly processed, follow-up on any past due payment issues with Finance team, confirm that payments post to the correct cost centers, etc.
· For new vendors, coordinate with Procurement to ensure vendor is properly and promptly set up in SAP prior to work being performed, coordinate vendor contracts with Legal and Contracts teams
· Serve as the point person for EHSS vendors to resolve issues, process renewals of Pos and contracts, etc.
· Manage the corporate EHSS Procurement Card (Credit Card) including submitting monthly receipts and expense reports
· Maintenance of EHSS SharePoint Site
· Own and manage the EHSS SharePoint Site, including organization, creating and modifying general look and feel, etc.
· Manage all posted documents, including pro-actively flagging documents in need of update or removal.
· Work with the EHSS technical leaders, Directors, and Business Unit leads to ensure the EHSS SharePoint site is current, value added and relevant.
· Gather frequent feedback from site EHS teams to identify opportunities to improve the EHSS SharePoint site
· Perform Admin Duties to Support Efficient Operation of EHSS Group
o Manage EHSS E-Mail Distribution Lists and Security Groups, including adding/removing personnel as they come/go from the organization.
o Order and maintain applicable EHSS standards for the Corp EHSS Group, such as ANSI, NFPA, etc.
o Ensure proper management and filing of EHSS-related key contracts and associated key correspondence, such as those for EHSS consultants, EHSS Trade Organizations, etc.
o Assist the Corp EHSS Team as requested, including, but not limited to, supporting EHSS Audits, Action Item Tracking, PEPS documentation, CAPEX coordination, etc.
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications/Experience:**
· Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in: Information Technology, Mathematics, Management Information System (MIS), Statistics, or Business Administration
· Prior experience with EHSS Software Systems, Gensuite/Benchmark is preferred
· Prior experience with data management tools such as PowerBi, Tableau and SAP is preferred
· Baseline knowledge of EHSS data & metrics and EHSS data management
· Minimum 2-3 yrs Corporate Data Reporting experience, Previous corporate EHSS experience, preferred.
· Excellent administrative skills with good analytical and problem-solving attributes.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with SharePoint preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
· Strong analytical skills
· Solid understanding of data sources, data organization and storage
· Knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
· Must have advanced Excel skills
· The ideal candidate will also have experience with:
o Database and SQL, preferred
o PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx, a plus!

The compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $103,400.
