EHS Technician

Primary accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections/audits as necessary to comply with Local, State and Federal regulationsMonitor baghouse emissions, differential pressures, augers, air locks, as well change the super sacks Monitor, maintain and enforce corporate policies and governmental regulations. Submits reports and recommendations to EHS specialist and/ or direct supervisor.Support the maintenance and implementation of EHS programs, compliance plans regarding baghouses and special waste.Conduct routine and environmental observations to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, company EHS policies, procedures and practices.Assist with the data collection to maintain internal and regulatory, environmental and sustainability reports to the direct supervisor and/or the environmental specialist.Support EHS programs and compliance, (environmental).operate powered industrial equipment such as, sweeper trucks, fork trucks, and at times heavy equipmentContain/clean chemical spillsSupport house keeping effortsSupport any procedure/task that is asked of you by your supervisorWe are an equal opportunity employer.
