The Senior SQA Analyst is expected to operate under the guidance of the Test Manager and carry out validation and verification and related tasks for one or more projects as assigned. The position may require to work independently on a single project or in collaboration on multiple projects. Candidate is expected to be familiar with SDLC, documentation, tools and current practices and policies used in software industry. The candidate is expected to be able to carryout entire testing process with minimum guidance, and be proactively report to Test Manger on issues, task progress, and test reports.Behavior Characteristics:
