Responsible for the day to day client service of allocated international clients and to provide support for new and existing business for the relevant Business Area.

Roles and Activities

Provide excellent Service to our clients. Global Programmes management. Local Programmes (stand-alone policies/compulsory covers) placement and management. Ensure effective management of policies throughout their life cycle. New Business Tenders and Exercise Cooperate with WTW Spain internal departments and others WTW office worldwide. General Advice Client Relationship Management: Understand the clients’ business and their risk management needs in order to provide the necessary service to meet their requirements and add additional value. Placement Management: Responsible for the implementation and delivery of agreed placement strategy on a client by client basis including adherence to all relevant processes. Operational and Service Delivery: Deliver the end to end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures and service standards for allocated tasks and activity General: Support all developments necessary to achieve our business strategies Maintain relevant qualifications required for the role

Skills: 

Over 3 years of experience in Insurance in relative roles.    Intermediate level IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)Comprehensive knowledge of insurance in order to deal effectively with client needsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with new clients and insurers and maintain strong relationships with existing onesExcellent client focus with proven experience of delivery of high levels of client serviceAbility to analyse situations and provide recommendations to identify optimum solutionsStrong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and willingness to deliver and improve the service provided.Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service deliveryIntermediate level of data analysis and presentation skillsFluent level of English and Spanish, more languages knowledge is a plus
