Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.The work model for the role is: HibrydThis role is contributing to the Wiring and Accessories product marketing strategy in Central America and Caribbean Region. Main stakeholders are channels, sales specialits .You will be mainly accountable for:•\tImplementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned Wiring and Accessories segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.•\tAchieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.•\tFocusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).•\tExecuting annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and product groups.•\tDeveloping business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.
Qualifications for the roleMain skills\tAt least 3 years of experience in related roles (sales, marketing, etc)\tEducational background in electric, electronic or related fields\tExperience working with electric products\tFluent English\tStrong communication skills\tAvailability to travel
