E280AF Focuses more on data movement and the ability to ingest structured and unstructured data, including the ability to ingest internal documents.  With Elasticsearch, we need someone who has implemented and deployed this system.  This will include walking through the implementation strategy (ideal but not required), physical deployment and having directly worked on the indexing, alias management, search tuning, etc. (all in the maintenance and post-deployment phase).  Someone who has worked with or in an Elasticsearch environment will not work.  This person has to be able to own the deployment and tuning of the software package.
