Role Priorities (1-3 years):
1.  Overseeing end-to-end Lifecycle case management (offboarding, cross boarding, employee data changes etc.)
2.  Support the enhancement of the employee experience by analyzing and improving HR processes and solutions. 

3.  Contribute to achieving and maintaining “Best in Class” service delivery standards.
4.  Assist in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the Employee Life Cycle team.
Key Individual Responsibilities:
1.  Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2.  Provide insights and recommendations to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
3.  Support HR case management and provide analytical support to the team.
4.  Assist in the development and maintenance of HR metrics and dashboards.
5.  Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
6.  Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements.
7.  Maintain up-to-date process documentation and training materials.
8.  Support the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
9.  Proactively lead / support projects which support Kerry GBS’s Operational Excellence agenda.
10.  Managing escalated requests raised through Service Now ensuring SLAs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner and further escalating to the specialists when required.

2.  Foster a culture of continuous excellence and development.
3.  Simplify and standardize HR processes based on industry best practices.
4.  Ensure high-quality interactions with business partners and customer groups.
5.  Support the implementation of the Kerry GBS framework and service model.
6.  Promote a customer-focused, efficient, and cost-effective HR function.

6.  Process improvement and efficiency metrics.
7.  Compliance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications and skills

•  2+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
•  Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychologist, or a related discipline. 
• Experience in a multinational and culturally diverse environment.
•  Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and other key business tools.
•  Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HRIS and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery suite is an advantage.
•  High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.
•  Proficiency in one or more additional foreign language would be a significant advantage (French)
