1. Maintain relationships with customers, proactively deliver the information and supervise the internal activities to fulfill the needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
3. Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of assisting sales and customer care in attaining new accounts
4. Closely monitor and report the sales value, contribution margin LE & ACT against the MP, support Sales Manager to organize commercial meeting to analysis the business and market trend, risks and opportunities.
5. Recommend and initiates service enhancements to improve sales and sales potential.
6. Consolidate the information from internal/external, and responsible for the forecasting of the product or product family and continuously improve the FCST accuracy.
7. Participates in regular S&OP meeting with planner and production to share and understood the business trend as well as the status of the operation capability.
8. Responsible for researching and resolving customer complaints and takes appropriate action to ensure customer retention.
9. Troubleshoots problems regarding products and service provided.
10. According the business strategy to identify and develop new customers and market to continue the expected growth goals.
11. Play as point of contact to customer with respect to contracts and pricing.
12. Follow the customer RFQ and provide all necessary information relevant to the product to be developed by PD, which should include the detailed product requirements, market scenario, project targets (timing and costs).
13. Devises and manages market and support R&D on the product development strategies.
14. Prepare and distribute necessary management, sales or customer reports.
15. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
16. Provide support to distributors in different country for products / service development
17. Monitor customer orders with sales support / factory / logistic team to ensure materials ship on time and correctly
18. Work as communication bridge with factory and help the team to solve problem
19. Develop and maintain the business in the countries independently that assigned by Sales Manager
20. Monitor of factory orders to fulfil customer requested dates
