This is a full-time, hourly position based at 126 LaGrange Red Wing, MN.

Potential assignments:Leverage NEC and your Minnesota’s Journeyman Electric License in your daily workInstall, calibrate, and maintain electrical systems and process control devices (Sensors/transmitters)Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systemsDiagnose and propose repair solutions for electrical power, electrical control, and process control equipmentAssist in the planning, budgeting, and implementation of electrically related facility projectsOperate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power toolsEnsuring safe work around your assignments and colleaguesEnsuring compliance of ADM’s world class safety proceduresDevelop and maintain proper use, care, and safety skills of all hand, power, welding, and any other tools necessary for use in the jobAbility to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted, wearing a respiratorWilling and able to work weekends and holidays, on-call and overtime as neededBeing a self-starter while working independently additionally staying flexible enough to work in team settings when neededMentorship of fellow colleagues having a positive influence on the Red Wing culture while exhibiting a professional image at all times by maintaining a positive and respectful attitudeMaintenance of electrical safety devices (breakers, fuses, etc.)Electrical troubleshooting and repairWilling and able to take formal trade school courses as selected by ADM management and take such courses on a continuing basisADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
