Join our team to help build a better, more sustainable world for future generations! **Job Summary:** Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division (EPD) has an opening for a Digital Strategy Manager located in Irving, TX or Peoria, IL. The Digital Strategy Manager will be responsible for coordination and alignment of digital strategies across leadership of business partners – Cat Digital, IC&S, EP Product groups (LEPS, REPS, Rental). **What you will do:** •Refine and implement long term EP digital strategy to enable long term growth. •Ownership of team to develop detailed long-term strategies for connectivity, condition monitoring, PSEs, Product Link, eCommerce, and other digital solutions. •Provide guidance on processes to leadership, sales teams, and business partners to support execution of long-term strategy. •Role will lead a team of (5) Digital Consultants focused on the development and execution of key enterprise strategic initiatives and projects. **What you will have:** Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Level Extensive Experience: • Advises on advanced data gathering and analysis methodologies and technologies. • Oversees data gathering and analysis activities within the organization. • Documents sources and validates the accuracy of data analysis by evaluating the pros and cons of data analysis methods used. • Implements procedures and policies within a data processing function. • Teaches others how to improve the validity and reliability of data used in various analyses. • Evaluates best practices of data gathering and analysis within the industry.
