Job Summary
This role a Product Management role in a Digital Solutions organization embedded inside the Electric Transmission business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one or more bespoke digital products developed both in-house and by third-parties across its lifecycle. As one of the first roles of its kind in this organization, there will be an opportunity to shape the culture and methodologies of how we do Product Management within this organization subject to alignment with Program and BU level goals and culture.

5-6 years of related experience in product management and related disciplines.
Knowledge
Deep understanding of product management frameworks and methodologies, including Agile and Lean practices. Familiarity with electric utility operations, regulatory environments, and domain-specific needs such as grid management, transmission planning, and asset management. Expertise in digital product lifecycle management, including strategy, design, development, deployment, and scaling. Knowledge of the vendor relationship management, particularly for bespoke software development and niche solutions. Awareness of data governance principles, cybersecurity considerations, and IT/OT integration challenges. Financial acumen, including budget management, ROI analysis, and business case development for technology investments.
