Oil Capital Electric is growing, and we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Apprentice to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES + Install conduit – EMT, rigid, PVC, etc. + Pull wire – feeders, branch and service + Install panel boards + Site lighting – underground and pole lights + Install lighting fixtures and other related devices + Work with journeyman as required. + Offload trucks and sort materials. + Use tools such as hand benders, hydraulic benders , wire feeders, tuggers, etc. + Install electrical systems in new construction and renovation properties. + Adhere to current rules and regulations related to electrical so that systems pass inspection the first time. + Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to OCE and client safety standards and practices as well as legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns. QUALIFICATIONS + High school diploma or equivalent. + Available and willing to travel up to 100 miles for work. + Must possess knowledge of basic mathematics related to electrical. + A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred. + Must have or be able to obtain an electrical apprentice license in the state of Oklahoma.
