Job Description

The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling PCB boards, keyboards, and hospital bed control panels. The candidate will perform soldering of through-hole and surface mount components, follow blueprints on screens for assembly instructions, and test bulbs. The role requires working with various hand tools, packaging electronic parts, and utilizing a computer to perform tests and read prints. The candidate must be comfortable working in multiple departments as cross-training is involved. Quality checks, packing finished products, and kitting parts for assembly are also essential duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a small family-owned company that has been in business for over 30 years. You will join a team of around 60 employees in a smaller, climate-controlled facility. The company values cross-training and offers a chance to work in various departments. Employees will receive a pay bump once hired in permanently, and the company provides a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Work Environment

The position is for the 2nd shift, from 1:45 pm to 10:15 pm. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes. You will be provided with a smock and proper shoes to wear in the electrical area. The facility is climate-controlled with a separate building for the warehouse.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
