Job DescriptionCarry out standardized and repetitive electromechanical assembly tasks, including box builds, wire, cable, and harness assembly. Perform surface mount technology (SMT) and/or through-hole hand assembly (soldering).Responsibilities:Inspect Electrical and/or Mechanical assemblies, Chassis, Cables, and Harnesses for defects.Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire, stripping, wiring and fastening connections, and pulling kits.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements:Must be able to read and understand work instructions, schematics, bills of material, diagrams, and engineering change orders.Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools and small power tools.Ability to solder and/or rework fine pitch SMT parts under magnification a plus.Ability to work OT on an as-needed basis to meet company goals.Strong attention to detail.Benefits and Perks:Pay RateMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:This manufacturing company provides test and measurement equipment. Its products are used in many industries, including electronics, automotive, and aerospace. Your Career Partner: The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
