Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician with the ability to read electrical schematic and sub-panel layout drawings, along with other production and manufacturing instructions, to assemble electrical panels. The successful candidate will work closely with the production lead or technician to resolve semi-complex manufacturing issues and participate in troubleshooting activities on panel assemblies. The role requires upholding all applicable codes, standards, and manufacturing workmanship guidelines on panel assemblies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will help develop estimates of requirements arising from process changes and must interface and communicate effectively with the manufacturing team and hardware engineering to ensure the completion of tasks and projects. Ensuring manufacturing safety and supporting a Zero Harm Culture (ZHC) are essential aspects of this role.
ResponsibilitiesRead electrical schematic and sub-panel layout drawings to assemble electrical panels.Work with production lead or technician to resolve semi-complex manufacturing issues.Participate in troubleshooting activities on panel assemblies.Uphold all applicable codes, standards, and manufacturing workmanship guidelines on panel assemblies.Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Help develop estimates of requirements arising from process changes.Communicate effectively with the manufacturing team and hardware engineering to ensure task and project completion.Ensure manufacturing safety and support Zero Harm Culture (ZHC).Essential SkillsAbility to read electrical schematics and sub-panel layout drawings.Experience with electrical assembly and control panel building.Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.Good safety and quality practices.Ability to work independently and follow written and oral instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.0 to 2 years of experience with control panel manufacturing.Flexibility to work overtime and alternate shifts as needed.Good attendance record.Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
