Electrical Assembly Technician – Aerospace Industry
Location: North Charleston, SC | 100% Onsite | Variable Shifts
Pay: $35.00 - $38.50 per hour | Full-Time Consultant (6 Months)

Key Responsibilities:Perform complex electrical and mechanical assembly on structural parts, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using advanced tools.
Route wire harnesses per blueprint specifications.
Assemble and terminate connectors, splices, and electronic components with precision.
Conduct fiber optic inspections, light loss testing, and routing installations.
Perform bonding and grounding operations, including CRNs, jumper installations, and resistance testing.
Utilize chemical solvents, adhesives, and coatings as needed.
Operate mechanical lifts (JLGs, Magic Carpets, scissor lifts) for elevated tasks.
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and strict quality standards.
Identify and resolve electrical issues, ensuring First Pass Quality (FPQ) standards.
What You Bring to the Team:Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
7+ years of experience in electrical assembly and electronic materials.
Expertise in wire bundle installations and troubleshooting aircraft electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents.
Effective communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
Preferred Qualifications:10+ years’ experience in aerospace or related fields.
Aviation-specific experience or a completed aviation degree.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.50 per hour
