Job Title: Electrical Coordinator Project site is located in Central Kansas- Per diem available Job Description Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Instrumentation and Electrical Contractors to ensure information and drawings are shared and to ensure work is carried out safely to the correct quality standard and according to the drawings provided. Assemble instrumentation and electrical work packages with information relevant to work execution for projects designed in-house. Responsibilities + Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Instrumentation and Electrical Contractors. + Ensure information and drawings are shared and work is carried out safely to the correct quality standard and according to the drawings provided. + Assemble instrumentation and electrical work packages with information relevant to work execution for projects designed in-house. + Maximo documentation + Agile place documentation + P-drive documentation + Creating work orders + Approving works orders + Completing work orders. + SharePoint documentation + Pulling drawing + Walking down work scopes with electrical + contractors for proposals + Walking down work scopes for TA + Working with the engineering team + Working with plant operations team + Attending meets throughout the day with + engineering team + Overseeing safety of the contractors + Attending morning tailboards + Work scope discussions. + Creating work packages + Reviewing work packages with operations + Reviewing and discussing switchgear outages with + operations + Field execution of electrical contractors + LOTO placement and review + Electrical contractor timesheet approval + Electrical contractor PO approval + Tracking Work orders + Tracking TA Essential Skills + Instrumentation + Electrical engineering + Project coordination in refinery/petrochemical environments Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
