Role description:
Do engineering design of general lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution (up to 1kV), fire signaling systems, burglary and CCTV systems, with minimum guidance provided by an experienced engineer. Design, calculate, sketch, model in 3D tools, do process & instrumention diagrams, electrical panel diagrams, and details of execution drawings, with minimum guidance provided by an experienced engineer. Build proficiency in REVIT and other software used in the design process. Perform the tasks within the agreed-upon budget and schedule. Prepare reports and presentations as directed by senior engineers. Follow company standards and procedures including design and checking. Preparing all the necessary drawings for the specific phase of projects (reports, 2D plans, schematics, sections).Qualifications & Experience:
Mandatory:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering low voltage or Building services. Medium knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and calculation software. Medium English language skills. Eager to learn new capabilities and skills. Medium knowledge of norms and standards related to Electrical engineering for buildings. Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design for buildings (power, lighting). Candidate to have problem solving skills, creativity, to show proactivity and analytical skills. Good planning, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position. To show interest in personal and professional growth, in a challenging, rewarding, and competitive professional environment. Technical and quality focus.Nice to have:
Master's degree in electrical engineering. Knowledge of electrical specialized software (Revit, ETAP, EPLAN, Amtech, Intelec, etc.). Knowledge of command-and-control systems for motor starting. Experience in very low voltage installations design (fire signaling, burglary, control access, CCTV etc.). Experience in BMS design. ANRE certificate IIA. Security systems designer certification. Advanced English language skills. Candidate to show out-of-the box thinking in order to identify any opportunities for automation or innovation.Key attributes:
