We are seeking a motivated and talented Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. Top 3 Must-Have Skills: + Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering: A 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering is required. + AutoCAD or Draftsight Experience: Proficiency in using AutoCAD or Draftsight to create wiring diagrams and enclosure layouts. + Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities: + Design development from proposal to finished engineering package. + Use AutoCAD or Draftsight to create wiring diagrams and enclosure layouts. + Perform basic electrical component calculations to determine panel design. + Research components and create Bills of Materials for designs. + Review customer specification documents to ensure compliance. + Interpret and adhere to applicable codes and standards. + Assist applications engineer in generating proposals. Skills & Qualifications: + Experience with electrical assembly preferred. + Familiarity with burner management systems is a plus. + Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications. + Good communication and time management skills. + Self-starting, driven, and takes pride in their work. + Experience being measured against monthly goals. + A desire to continuously improve.
