Electrical Design Specialist II

Summary: Seeking an Electrical Design Specialist II with expertise in electrical/electronic systems and Creo CAD modeling for design and drafting tasks.

Requirements:

Experience with electrical/electronic systems.

Minimum 2 years of experience with Creo CAD modeling, design, and drafting techniques.

Experience with design, routing, and drawings of wiring harness assemblies.

Understanding of model and drawing generation utilizing Creo and Creo Pro-Cable.

Understanding of ASME Y14.100 and ASME Y14.5 standards.

Associate Degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus a minimum of 4 years of experience, or a relevant Bachelor's degree plus an additional 2 years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

Working knowledge of electrical engineering and electro-mechanical engineering tools.

Responsibilities:

Perform design and drafting of both electrical and mechanical aspects of electrical/electronic equipment.

Design wiring harness routing integration using schematic diagrams provided by electrical engineering.

Perform overall line replaceable unit (LRU) chassis and housing design/drafting, including overall system design integration.

Produce CAD models and drawings of electrical harness assemblies, electro-mechanical components, assemblies, and installation drawings.

Work within the data management system.



Pay Details: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour
