Electrical Designer
Job Description We are seeking an Electrical Designer to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role involves designing retail, commercial, and educational projects while collaborating with internal teams and clients. Proficiency in Revit is essential, along with familiarity with AutoCAD and Bluebeam. Responsibilities + Design electrical systems for retail, commercial, and educational projects + Utilize Revit for project design and implementation + Collaborate with teams using AutoCAD and Bluebeam + Ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit + Understanding of AutoCAD and Bluebeam + 0–4+ years of electrical design experience + Experience in the construction industry Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in electrical engineering + Experience in commercial and retail construction projects + Open to college graduates and those with internship experience + Production-heavy position Disqualifiers + No Revit experience + No familiarity with AutoCAD or Bluebeam + No exposure to electrical design or construction projects + Inability to work onsite in Seattle (initially 5 days in office) Employee Value Proposition + Multi-discipline design-build firm with diverse project types + Career-oriented culture with strong growth opportunities + Average sr. staff tenure of 17 years + Backlog of projects extending 3+ years ensures stability and consistent work Work Environment + Starts with 5 days onsite in Seattle office, transitions to hybrid over time Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
