Summary: Seeking an Electrical Designer proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with direct experience in power and lighting design for various building types, including multifamily residences.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design. Direct experience in designing 120v/240v and/or 120v/208v power and lighting systems. Demonstrated ability to perform power load analysis and create one-line diagrams for buildings, commercial, multifamily, and residential projects. Proficiency in the use of photometric software like Visual. Expertise in AutoCAD and REVIT. Experience in multifamily projects is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced skills in electrical design software and tools. Strong technical knowledge in power systems and lighting design.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop 120v/240v and/or 120v/208v power and lighting systems for various building types. Conduct power load analyses and develop one-line diagrams for a range of projects including commercial, multifamily, and residential. Utilize photometric software for project requirements. Ensure proficiency and accuracy in using AutoCAD and REVIT for design tasks. Train and mentor junior staff in electrical design principles and software usage.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
