This role is part of our Equipment and Solutions Division, business line Offshore Solutions. Reporting directly to the Team Lead E&I and Hydraulic. This position is based in Gdansk, Poland.

 

Key responsibilities

​​​​​​

Design, modify, and optimize equipment from the existing product portfolio while developing efficient and sustainable solutions

Provide required technical documentation for products and projects according to the project execution model

Collaborate with other project stakeholders to deliver designs on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Stay updated on engineering standards, regulations, and technologies

Provide technical support, demonstrate a work ethic, and perform additional duties, including occasional travel, when required

What you’ll need to succeed

 

University degree (M.Sc. / B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering

Experience within a global organization and offshore industry will be considered a distinct advantage

Interdisciplinary understanding and engineering design principles

Proficient in AutoCAD and E3 software will be considered a distinct advantage

English language - both verbal and written, technical understanding

Analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in teams with attention to detail and safety
