JR59253 Electrical DRAM Lab Technician (m/f)The Company

In our Munich Development Center for high-speed signaling, we are developing, testing and characterizing industry-leading DRAM memories like GDDR6, GDDR6X and upcoming GDDR7, which are used in high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, graphic cards, game consoles, automotive and autonomous driving.
As a lab technician, you will support the operation of our DRAM prototype validation lab and work closely with our engineers.
Responsibilities
Perform DRAM tests on graphic cards under the guidance of system engineersSoldering and assembly of test systemsPerform temperature and electrical calibrations of test equipment and instruments, as well as measurements to keep the laboratory compliant to ESD guidelinesEnsure the operation of our system lab, by monitoring and maintenance of the lab equipment and measurement instrumentsEnsure compliance with guidelines IATF16949 and ISO17025 of lab and equipmentEnsure the maintenance and calibration schedule of test equipment and instruments, which includes to contact suppliers and perform shipment to external calibration labsQualification
Completed vocational training in a technical job (for example in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent on-the-job experienceCertification as technician or Bachelor in electrical engineering is an advantage, but not essentialAt least 2 years of professional experience in a lab environmentExperience with electrical measurement equipmentOrganizational skills, a structured and independent way of working, team playerSoldering skillsEnglish skills, written and spokenBeing a team player is mandatory for us.
