We make what matters work. **What you’ll do:** Leads Electrical and Electronics Engineering team at EMEA 3-phase UPS R&D organization. The team includes engineers developing the power electronics, control electronics and electrical subsystems for the UPS and Energy storage products. **Responsibilities** **:** + Leads and manages Electrical & Electronics team + Coordinates engineer resourcing in R&D projects + Gives technical supervision & coaching in design tasks + Coordinates engineering process development activities + Responsible of teams job safety in R&D test labs together with Lead Safety Engineer + Manages competence and performance development of his/her direct reports + Recruits team members, maintains team proficiency + Manages working hours, absences and vacation administration of the team **Qualifications:** + Master / Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent + +5 years of experience in electrical product design **Skills:** + Design experience with UPS and/or other power electronic products: understanding of hardware, firmware and mechanical design + Experience leading cross-functional development teams + Strong Communication and Leadership skills **What we can offer to you:** + Contract in fast growing global company + Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team + Great promotional opportunities - We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible + Excellent working environment - safety and ethic are really important for us \#LI-OV1
