To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Job Description** + Assists in System Lead, Senior EE engineer to do design feasibility study and complete the design concept proposal. + Design hardware solutions for the platform and system. + Work with other hardware engineers or outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions. + Conducts feasibility studies, design margin, validation analyses and empirical testing on the designs. + This role would apply developed subject matter knowledge to design, analyze, develop, modify and evaluate the key components of the platform, integrate sub-systems and firmware and hardware. + Ensure integrated circuitry based on established engineering principles and in accordance with development technology practices and guidelines. + Cooperate with internal peer functions and outsourced design partners, to develop and implement parameters and test plans for the designs, including validation of hardware circuit quality/ robustness; mechanical tolerances/ assembly interference, form/fit/function, shock and vibration; electromagnetic interference; safety; reliability; thermal generation; and system power measurements and expected distribution. + Evaluates reliability of materials, properties, designs, and techniques used form prototype fabrication to production. + Executive of hardware related validation, bug tracking and trouble shooting. **Additional Locations** : * Taiwan - Taipei City - Taipei * Taiwan * Taiwan - Taipei City * Taiwan - Taipei City - Taipei
