Kimley-Horn's Jacksonville, FL office is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join their Electrical/EV team! This is not a remote position. 

Responsibilities Lead the design and analysis of complex electrical systems for emerging technology applications such as electrical vehicle charging infrastructure renewable generation, energy storage, and transportationResponsible for the development of design documents and reports, including electrical layouts, equipment schematics and block diagrams, electrical system calculations, and one-line diagramsDaily interaction and collaboration on multi-disciplinary teams across Kimley-Horn offices and support the growth of electrical engineering services areas in the local markets and across the country Expected to assist in mentoring, training, and growing a team to expand our electrical engineering practiceDirect professional engagement with clients  Qualifications 6+ years experience in an Electrical Engineering roleProfessional Engineering (P.E.) LicenseProficiency in AutoCADExperience in low and medium voltage designExperience in power system analysis using SKM, ETAP, or equivalentBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Understanding of the National Electrical Code, National Electrical Safety Code, IEEE and ANSI StandardsWillingness to travel to support site visits and client meetings, as needed Why Kimley-Horn?
