The Electronic Attack Air Combat Training Support (EATS) program is based at RAAF Base Amberley, QLD **.** The program supports the RAAF Super Hornet and Growler aircrew and maintainer training system. **Key Responsibilities** The engineering team supports maintenance of the RAAF training systems by: + Analysing electrical (computing & ICT) systems, + Determining compliance status, + Investigating hardware sparing and obsolescence issues, + Conducting evaluation and testing, + Undertaking life cycle costing analysis of critical sub-systems, + Ensuring accurate configuration documentation. **Skills, Experience and Qualifications** + Requires a University Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline (Computer Science). + Systems Engineering experience is desirable. + Ability to manage small projects or processes within area of responsibility, as required. + Defence platform-based or sustainment experience + Aviation knowledge / experience, specifically experience with F/A-18F and EA-18G aircraft.
