We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join the team with JETS II Teammate Company, Mb Solutions Inc.\n

As an Electrical Engineer in the Electrical, Data and Controls Section in the Operations and Test Department, you will perform the following duties in support of test facility operations and maintenance:\n\nSupport test electrical buildup and operations and produce required documentation.\nDesign and oversee the installation of low voltage power distribution systems.\nProgram PLCs or NI equipment, specify sensors, develop calibration curves\nSpecify and initiate procurement of electrical and control system hardware.\nReview and track engineering deliverables for project status reporting.\nResolve corrective actions as they arise.\nDevelop and maintain electrical and control system operating procedures.\nPerform other duties as required.\n\n

\n\nRequires a bachelor's degree in engineering in the field or in a related area.\nUnderstanding of electrical drawings.\nFamiliarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC).\nProficiency using computers and interfacing them with controls systems.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nGood organizational skills.\n\n

Requisition Preferences:\n\nBS degree in electrical, electronics or power engineering from an accredited engineering school.\nFamiliarity with Johnson Space Center (JSC) organizations, processes, and procedures.\nInstallation of Sensors and Instrumentation.\nKnowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and programming software.\n
