Responsibilities

Reference supplier manuals to ensure maintenance of skills to perform tasks in line with expected standards (e.g. quality and time).Install and maintain plant equipment.Conduct breakdown repairs to maintain production. • Execute scheduled maintenance activities. Undertake mechanic skills in execution of duties including electrical, mechanical and pneumatic.Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize use of Maintenance Technicians and minimize downtimeAdopt EWO analysis to diagnose breakdowns to identify whether to replace or repair parts. Identify equipment / material malfunctions and raise to supervisor as appropriate.Conduct all work activities in line with Unilever safety standards and safe working practices.
