Job Summary： 

Trane Technologies, a global leader in sustainable and innovative heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems (HVAC), is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Modugno facility. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, the Electrical Engineer will contribute to develop innovative products in dynamic, international environment. Responsibilities:

Leading projects of development of electrical cabinet for machine power supply and control, in collaboration with external companies/suppliersSelecting all electrical components of the machineEnsuring technical support to factory and coordination between factory and electrical suppliersWriting down all technical documentation of the machinePerforming risk assessment of the machine in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/CETraveling up to 10% of the time for meetings with consultants and/or customers and for  meetings with colleagues of other production plants of the BU.

 

Key Competencies:

Knowledge of all main electrical components of power supplyKnowledge of design of electrical cabinet for machine power supply and controlCapability in the reading of electrical schemesBasic knowledge of: EMC (Electro Magnetic Compatibility), PLC and SPAC softwareAdvanced knowledge of MS Office package Strong problem solving skillsAbility to work under pressureGood communication skillsLanguages: fluent Italian and min. B2 English 

 

Qualifications:

Master Degree in Electronics/Electrical (or similar) Engineering.
