As an Electrical Engineer, you will plan, direct, and provide technical support to improve production rates, quality, and efficiency by applying electrical engineering principles. You will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems and spare parts inventory, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ensuring all equipment complies with safety standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Benefits Package Competitive pay Health benefits, including dental, vision, and telehealth medical services 401K 401K matching Paid vacation Paid holidays Paid time off Relocation bonus Opportunities for career advancement Annual Bonus Shift Information Monday – Friday; 7:00 AM – 4:00 pm Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 3-5 years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment General Requirements Strong understanding of electrical theory, machinery, and control systems Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions Proficiency in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and machine programming Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with OSHA safety standards Preferred Requirements Experience with data collection and monitoring systems Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies Essential Functions Apply electrical theory to test, modify, and maintain electrical systems Manage electrical spare parts inventory Diagnose electrical or mechanical malfunctions and implement corrective measures Develop wiring diagrams and layout drawings for system modifications Support plant-wide electrical system backups for PLCs and machine parameters Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment or Working Conditions Responsibilities are performed 75% in a manufacturing setting and 25% in an office environment PPE such as safety glasses, shoes, and hearing protection is required in the manufacturing areas Physical Demands May require prolonged standing, bending, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs Requires hand dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and tools Travel Occasional travel for training and equipment installation
