Electrical Engineer
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. Key Responsibilities: + Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for various projects. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to ensure integrated solutions. + Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support on technical challenges. + Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of engineering tasks. + Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects. + Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues in a timely manner. + Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. + 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering + Strong knowledge of electrical design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSpice). + Proven experience in project management and leadership roles. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $135000.00 Health, Vision & Dental benefits, Accrued Paid time off, Paid Holidays, 401k match, Annual Bonus, HSA Plan Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Danbury,CT.
