As a Contract Electrical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in Rotterdam, Netherlands for 12 months with the possibility of renewal. Role Overview Perform electrical system studies to ensure compliance with international codes and industry standards. Design and review electrical components for projects. Produce high-quality electrical project documents. Identify changes from the original project scope. Work closely with Engineers and Designers to produce quality work. Interface with locations worldwide to ensure project success. Act as a Package Engineer with technical responsibility for design, procurement, and manufacture of the Package. Skills & Qualifications Advanced knowledge of electrical calculations and FPSO/FSU/FSO systems. Experience with electrical system studies and design/review of electrical components. Expertise in electrical power generation/distribution systems and equipment. Ability to work according to internal and project work instructions. Strong understanding of international codes, Company specifications, and industry standards and regulations. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience with (Pre-)FEED, basic-, and detail engineering. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with a global team. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred. Certifications in relevant areas such as electrical system studies or design are advantageous.
