What You'll Do Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. What You'll Need Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing or industrial sector(5+ yrs). Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to manage projects across various disciplines. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Enjoys working autonomously and is hands-on. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable but not mandatory. Knowledge of other engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.). Your Education Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
